To ensure a successful employee development program, development plans and performance evaluations are aligned with the needs of the employee and our organization.  Our high performing employees are provided the opportunity to participate in “development mapping”. This process provides the employee a “map” of learning events and educational opportunities that will assist them in reaching career goals. This process holds both the manager and employee accountable for ensuring the plan is fully supported and executed.

 

An emphasis on healthy living is another important piece to our culture. We offer our employees a comprehensive wellness program and a smoke free work enviornement.

  • Biometric screening or physical exams;
  • On-site coaching;
  • Incentives for participating in wellness programs, seminars or workshops;
