Leadership

With a great deal of passion, the PHP principles recognized the post acute health care industry′s need for a transformation of care delivery. Combining their experience and knowledge, Palm Health Partners was founded through the collaborative vision of 4 of the most experienced and successful healthcare executives in the nation: Over 100 years of cumulative healthcare experience and diversified backgrounds focusing on long-term care facility with an emphasis on design, development, and operations.

The long-term care operating history of the Palm Health Partners principal group is based in the respective companies: Home Quality Management, Inc. and CRSA Holdings, Inc.

Each of these organizations achieved superior market penetration, quality of care outcomes, and overall financial performance.

Elizabeth Marie Fago

Elizabeth Marie Fago

Elizabeth Marie Fago has been involved in long-term care since 1985, and has a proven track record in the development and management of healthcare properties. After witnessing a serious deficiency in treatment quality during her first years in the business, Ms. Fago went on to found one of the largest, most highly-regarded private healthcare companies in the United States: Home Quality Management.

At its peak, HQM operated seventy-two long-term care facilities, many of which have been recognized on the floor of the U.S. Congress, and cited in the “Congressional Record for Quality of Care and Community Involvement.”

In 2001, Ms. Fago’s accomplishments earned her a spot on the “Florida Council of 100”- an advisory board to the Governor--as well as a presidential invitation to the “Women Business Leaders Forum,” held at the White House.

Ms. Fago was one of the earliest and strongest supporters of Scripps Florida, and the Scripps Florida Library is to be named in her honor.

As a true leader in today’s long-term care industry, Ms. Fago maintains the same passionate commitment to quality healthcare that made her who she is today.
